800 Google Business Profiles across 9 countries

Steren is a consumer electronics retailer that uses Cacao to manage 800 Google Business Profiles across Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras.

The operation combines network-wide corporate visibility with country, regional, and location-level organization.

The challenge: analyzing customer feedback manually at enterprise scale

Before Cacao, Steren did not systematically respond to positive or negative Google reviews. Review analysis relied on monthly spreadsheets that classified feedback by location, rating, response status, sentiment, and topic.

At approximately 300 new reviews each day, checking profiles individually, classifying feedback, identifying negative reviews, responding consistently, and comparing the network required an increasingly demanding manual process.

From monthly spreadsheets to continuous visibility

Cacao gives Steren a centralized dashboard for continuous review visibility and analysis across the network.

The team can compare countries and regions and analyze both the volume and qualitative patterns of negative reviews without waiting for the next monthly spreadsheet.

Responding to approximately 300 reviews every day

Steren uses a hybrid response model. Positive reviews are answered automatically. Other reviews follow a semi-automatic workflow with human supervision.

At the current observed pace, Steren receives and answers approximately 300 reviews per day, maintains 100% response coverage, and has an average end-to-end response time of approximately six minutes from review arrival to publication on Google.

  • Automatic responses for positive reviews.
  • Human-supervised workflow for other reviews.
  • Approximately 300 reviews answered each day.
  • 100% response coverage.
  • Approximately six minutes average end-to-end response time.

Detecting negative reviews across 800 profiles

For Steren, a review is considered negative when its rating is below four stars. Cacao detects these reviews centrally so the team can identify feedback that requires attention across the network.

Corporate retains visibility while the responsible country or regional team can work within its assigned part of the organization.

Corporate visibility with country and regional organization

Steren organizes access around a Corporate to Country or Region to Location model. Corporate can see all connected profiles without having to execute every local task.

Outside Mexico, access is organized primarily by country. Mexico is divided into multiple regional groups, giving each team access to the locations it is responsible for while preserving network-wide oversight.

  • Corporate: complete visibility across connected profiles.
  • Country or region: access to assigned operating groups.
  • Location: local context remains available where work is performed.

Comparing countries, regions, and negative-review patterns

Steren uses Cacao to compare countries and regions and to analyze negative-review volume and content.

This combines quantitative visibility with qualitative analysis, helping the organization see whether a pattern is local, regional, or shared across a broader part of the network.

Managing 800 Google Business Profiles

Beyond reviews, Steren manages profile information through Cacao across its connected Google Business Profiles.

Verified uses include business hours, special hours, website information, categories, products, and other profile information. Steren also monitors profile health and local performance across the network.

800 profiles connected and organized in two days

Steren connected and organized its 800 Google Business Profiles in two days.

This implementation is a concrete example of enterprise-scale onboarding for Steren; it is not a promise that every network of the same size will follow the same timeline.

The next step: routing negative reviews through Salesforce

Cacao and Steren are currently implementing a custom Salesforce workflow. It is not yet a live production capability for Steren.

The intended flow is: Cacao detects a negative review, sends it to the appropriate Steren user according to the organizational hierarchy, the responsible team acts, and Corporate retains oversight.

What Steren demonstrates about enterprise multi-location operations

Steren demonstrates that centralized visibility does not require centralized execution. Corporate can monitor the full network while country and regional teams work within their assigned scope.

The operating model brings together centralized reviews, hybrid AI automation, human control, negative-review detection, profile management, and analytics across 800 Google Business Profiles.
