How much does Cacao cost for multi-location businesses?
The pricing examples below apply to the United States. Pricing may vary by country or market. If your business operates outside the United States, contact sales for the pricing available in your region. Cacao pricing is based on the number of locations, not the number of users. For the United States, pricing is: Single Location at $59 per location/month, Multi-Location (2-10) at $49 per location/month, Chain (11-50) at $39 per location/month, and Franchise (51+) with custom pricing. For example, a restaurant franchise with 30 locations in the United States would pay $39 per location/month, for a total of $1,170/month. Businesses with 51+ locations can contact sales for volume discounts and dedicated support.
Does Cacao charge per user?
No. Cacao does not charge per user. Plans include unlimited users with location-based access, so headquarters, regional managers, franchisees, and local teams can all use the platform without increasing the price per user.
Is there a free trial?
Cacao does not offer a free trial. Instead, Cacao offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: you pay for the first month, and if the platform is not a fit during that first month, your payment can be refunded.
Is there a minimum contract or long-term commitment?
No. Cacao plans are monthly, and there is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time.
Does Cacao charge an implementation fee?
No. Cacao does not charge an implementation fee. However, businesses should consider rollout costs such as printing QR codes, connecting Google Business Profiles, configuring review request channels, and training local teams to collect reviews consistently.
What is included in the price?
All plans include Cacao features such as review requests, QR codes, WhatsApp, email, SMS, satisfaction forms, NPS, alerts, AI-assisted review responses, real-time analytics dashboards, role-based location access, and POS integrations.
Are WhatsApp and SMS included?
WhatsApp and SMS workflows are available, but message sending may have extra costs depending on usage, provider, and country. Email, QR, and other review request workflows can be configured as part of the platform.
Are POS integrations included?
POS integrations are available; scope may vary depending on the system. Some integrations can be simple to configure, while others may require a more specific implementation review.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cacao can support common payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, and invoice-based payment, depending on the market and plan.
What happens if I have more than 50 locations?
Businesses with 51+ locations can contact sales for a custom franchise plan. Larger networks may qualify for volume discounts and dedicated support. For the United States only, an indicative example for 100 Google Business Profiles is USD 2,500 per month (USD 25 per profile), subject to a final quote. The example includes taxes, unlimited users, monthly billing, and no minimum commitment. AI responses and automatic publishing, approvals, location permissions, review-generation tools, profile management, and reports are included.
