One company, six divisions, and a key sales channel

Chamtac Construction Services is an Argentine company with 100 employees, serving homeowners, businesses, and construction companies in CĂłrdoba and Buenos Aires.

Its six divisions cover roof waterproofing, air conditioning, concrete construction, painting, thermal insulation, and sheet metal work and roofing. Each division has one Google profile in each market: twelve profiles in total.

The team estimates that 80% of its sales come from these profiles, excluding Google Ads. Looking after that presence is part of its daily commercial operations.

The problem: missing negative reviews

Before Cacao, Chamtac did not always find out about negative reviews. With Google playing a central role in customer acquisition, the team needed to know what was happening on each profile so it could take action.

After a year of using Cacao, managing reviews and checking profile health are part of a daily routine in one place.

Each day starts with a check in Cacao

The team checks the negative review inbox, sees how many reviews came in the previous day, and uses the health score to check that profiles are up to date.

Profile updates and review replies are handled in Cacao. Staying in control means seeing what is happening across all six divisions and acting on anything that needs attention.

An immediate alert and a reply from Cacao

When a negative review arrives, the team receives an immediate email alert. They reply from Cacao and, if the customer responds, start a follow-up process to address the situation.

The alert and daily inbox check help the team spot the comment and begin responding.

Two links to route each review to the right profile

After completing a job, Chamtac requests a review through a link. There is one link for CĂłrdoba and another for Buenos Aires.

The customer opens the link for their market and selects the service they purchased. Cacao redirects them to the Google profile for that division and market to share their experience.

  • Job completed.
  • CĂłrdoba or Buenos Aires link.
  • Customer selects the service.
  • Review on the corresponding profile.

More interactions and a clearer view of operations

Chamtac reports that profile interactions, such as calls and clicks, have been growing by 100% compared with the same month of the previous year. This is a year-over-year comparison for each reported month.

For daily operations, the value the team highlights is staying in control: seeing incoming reviews, spotting negative feedback, and checking the state of all twelve profiles.

Augusto Tacchi, COO of Chamtac Construction Services

The perspective of Augusto Tacchi, Chamtac’s COO

“With Cacao, we doubled the number of inquiries. We were able to professionalize our Google profiles, respond to every review, and generate reviews weekly. This is what enabled us to quickly gain visibility in search engines.”

The same process across different divisions

The waterproofing, air conditioning, painting, and concrete examples show how this workflow applies to each service. Thermal insulation and sheet metal work and roofing are also part of the twelve profiles managed.
